Hey all!
Major apologies for my extended absence and not replying to people's messages, Uni work - and related activities - has left me swamped. Now I've had a brief respite I've uploaded some work that's been floating about my hard drive for some time that I've worked on a bit on and off. In some respects this is good because it's taught me to wait a bit and come back to piece with a fresh mind - I think it's made these pieces much better than they would have been without me having to break off and do something else and come back later and actually it's also worked out well for my essays as well - well, not that I broke off them to do some art...er...

Anyway. That and I've had lots to do helping organise a Model United Conference that Nottingham's holding. Big shout out to any MUNers out there... COME TO NOTTSMUN!!!

I will strive to try and catch up with all I've been missing over the coming week or so but I still have lots to do.

Oh, and the title of this journal is related to the fact that I'm now the very happy owner of High Expectations/Low Results by The Faunts (same people who did the end credits to Mass Effect) and needless to say I fell in love with it instantly. The other bit is a reflection of the stress I've been putting myself through regarding UN and uni work over the last month or so. The fact that I'm not even sure whether it's correctly spelt should be an indication of how far I'm slipping with Russian at least.

Basically just to apologise for being so away the last few...well, I'm not sure how long I've been out of it. Been quite busy with graphics work and with Uni starting next week I'm not going to have oodles of time. We'll have to see though. Got a couple of pics in mind I'd like to do. That and the several kiribans I STILL owe people

I've been really out of sorts recently - sorry for the prolonged absense - I've also been off the whole art front but am slowly sinking back in. I may even have something done soon...
