More NationStates stuff. Yay!

The style is very much inspired by *WS-Clave's brilliant technical drawings of aircraft and other military stuff. This also follows up my previous technical drawing of a Zedoljan "Kalashnikov" - the issue of the name stems back to the early days of our NS playing that, even though our particular region was in a non-real world setting, we kept using real-world terms and names with complete abandon. So, later on when it came to creating detailed factbooks about our countries and militaries, to balance it out rather than complete retcon it, all the "MiGs" we mentioned were hence forth (I decided) not real-world MiGs and were in fact built by a company not called Mikoyan-Gurevich but Mikolyev-Gragonavich (see what I did there!?!)
